Since July 1, 10 citizens of the Russian Federation have applied for visas to enter Ukraine.

This is stated in the commentary of the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko, which is at the disposal of UNIAN.

“10 applications were received. 6 for short-term visas and 4 for long-term visas for the purpose of family reunification,” Nikolenko said

As UNIAN reported, on July 1, a visa regime for Russians began to operate in Ukraine. 

Now the Russians cannot come to Ukraine without an invitation, they need a passport and passport details of the host country to enter, they must have at least 52 thousand hryvnias with them.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba reported that in the first week since the start of the visa regime with the Russian Federation in Ukraine, not a single Russian has applied for a Ukrainian visa.
