Russian Army’s Defeat In The South: Invaders Suffer Huge Losses

Almost 200 soldiers and 42 pieces of enemy equipment were destroyed in a day.

In the south, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 194 invaders in just one day, July 8. In addition, 42 units of enemy equipment and three ammunition depots were demolished.

This was reported by the “Pivden” Operational Command.

They note that the enemy does not create new strike groups, but mainly adheres to the tactics of anti-artillery fighting.

“However, in the Kherson region, in the area of Knyazhivka and Olhino, the enemy tried to make a breakthrough with sabotage and reconnaissance groups consisting of up to 10 Rashists. No success. Having received a rebuff, they retreated,” the command notes.

During the day, missile and air strikes continued both along the confrontation line and in the back areas.

The enemy uses the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system for shelling, modified for loading with explosive shells with an increased fragmentation effect. There were no casualties among the local population.

During the day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed: 194 invaders and 42 pieces of equipment, including two Grad MLRS, two command and staff vehicles, four Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft cannon-missile systems, one Buk-M2 anti-aircraft missile launcher, six Acacia-type self-propelled howitzers, 26 vehicles, one reconnaissance drone Orlan-10, and three ammunition depots.

In the Odesa region, the stormy sea brought two sea mines to the coast and to the Dniester estuary. The mines were destroyed by the forces of the subversive command of the Navy.

With the deterioration of the weather and intensification of the storm in the Black Sea, the enemy ship grouping has been reduced by almost half. Two surface, one underwater launch vehicles, and three dock landing ships remain on guard. 20 Caliber cruise missiles are on standby.

That’s quite a loss for a single day in one section of the front line.
Keep up the good work, Ukraine turning orcs into hamburger.
