Air defences shoot down two 3M-54 Kalibr missiles in Mykolaiv region


On the night of 5-6 July, the Ukrainian Air Force shot down two 3M-54 Kalibr missiles, which the Russian invaders used to attack the Mykolaiv region.

Quote from Pivden Air Command: “On 6 July, at about 3:20, soldiers of the anti-aircraft missile unit of Pivden Air Command destroyed two Russian sea-based cruise missiles of the 3M-54 Kalibr type, which the enemy used to try and attack the Mykolaiv region.”

Details: It is reported that the missiles were fired from a Russian submarine in the Black Sea.

  1. Have Ukraine finally received modern air defence systems? If so, this will be a great boost for Ukraine, it will stop one avenue of terrorism from Russia.
