The weapons were purchased directly from German industry.

Ukraine again purchased weapons from Germany . This time we are talking about anti-tank grenade launchers RGW 90 Matador.
As WELT learned from Ukrainian government circles, Kiev purchased 2,900 RGW 90 Matador anti-tank weapons directly from industry with its own money.
In March, Ukraine already ordered 5,100 of these anti-tank weapons at its own expense from the German arms company Dynamit Nobel Defense (DND). Thus, up to 8,000 Matador weapons have been delivered to Ukraine. Made in Burbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, the system is a type of recoilless rocket-propelled grenade that can be fired from the shoulder.
Recall that Slovakia cannot currently transfer Soviet tanks to Ukraine because of Germany. Thus, Germany has been delaying the previously agreed delivery of tanks with Slovakia for two months , which is necessary for Bratislava to send its equipment to Ukraine in return.
