A serviceman of the Air Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft .

This is stated in the message of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the social network Facebook .

“Today, June 24, in one of the directions, a serviceman of the air defense unit of the 79th separate air assault brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down a Russian Su-25 Grach attack aircraft,” the report says.

In particular, the occupiers’ armored aircraft was permanently landed from the Igla man-portable anti-aircraft missile system.

As UNIAN reported earlier, as of the morning of June 24, the Ukrainian military shot down 216 Russian planes and 183 helicopters.
