The Ukrainian defenders are successfully advancing towards the temporarily occupied Kherson, pushing the Russian troops out of the second and third lines of defense.

This was told by the head of the press center of the security and defense forces of the South, Natalya Gumenyuk , to Channel 24 .

“The actions of our troops in the southern direction, towards Kherson, are quite successful. It is very difficult for the occupiers. Forces have already been spent on arranging the second and third lines of defense, we have to use spare ones, because even from them we are already displacing the enemy. We are moving forward,” she said. she is.

Gumenyuk urged Ukrainians to wait for official reports from the military and not to report the details of the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine online:

“When there is a military operation, I urge everyone to remain calm and wait for official announcements. Only the military knows where they are, where they are moving and what successes they have.”
