Agreed. I would hope they just grab the strongest case ASAP and get it done. I would rather see Putin get a little justice early than wait 15 years and get the full story. He called for genocide, it happened, case closed, arrest the MFer……….

Ukraine can use any help it can get, especially from top tier investigators. It is also better to have an international team at the crime scenes on account of assuring the plausibility of the evidence.

The problem here is that US has little credibility in any legal arena. The US Department of Justice is very selective as to its prosecutions, ignoring crimes of the left. Some of the prosecutions of “Nazis” by the idiot above have been questionable.

You’re doing the US a disfavor with your claims. Show me a country with a justice system that works 100%. And Eli is a qualified investigator, regardless.

Doesn’t make it right. Prosecutorial discretion is being abused. PERIOD. no comment on Eli but everything I’ve seen coming out of the DOJ, it has become a political arm. IMHO. Who said, “I’m President Obama’s wing man.” You think those kind of comments gender confidence in the justice system ? I think not.
