According to the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal, today the panel of judges completed the consideration of the administrative department on the ban on this political force.
“The court satisfied the claims of the Ministry of Justice: the activities of the political party “Opposition Platform – For Life” were banned, the funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary branches and other structural entities were transferred to the ownership of the state,” the message says. .
Consideration of the HLE case lasted cumulatively 5-6 hours – the longest of all the other cases on the ban on parties.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the activities of 9 pro-Russian parties were banned in Ukraine for a court decision . Among them are the “Opposition Bloc”, “Socialists”, “Justice and Development”, “State”, “Ours”, “Vladimir Saldo Bloc”, “Shariy’s Party”, “Opposition Platform – For Life” and “Left Opposition”.
