According to DTF, users started talking about download problems in mid-June. Several complaints were received, including from residents of Kazakhstan. When you try to download images, you get either a 404 error stating that the file is not found, or a message saying “There was a problem with your request.”
CNews indicates that the problem occurs among users of various Russian providers offering wired and mobile Internet services. When using VPN countries in Europe or the USA, files are downloaded without problems.
Why Russian users cannot download files is unknown. Microsoft has not yet commented on this.
