Goods and cargoes subject to sanctions cannot be transported through the territory of the European Union.

From June 18, Lithuania stops the transit of sanctioned cargo between the Kaliningrad region and the main territory of the Russian Federation.
According to the BBC , the Lithuanian railway company LTG Cargo has received relevant clarifications from the European Commission. According to them, goods and cargo that are subject to sanctions cannot be transported through the territory of the European Union, even if they are in transit from one territory of the Russian Federation to another
The governor of the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation, Anton Alikhanov, said that he would demand an explanation from the European Commission.
He noted that according to preliminary estimates, the ban will affect 40-50% of the range of goods transported between the Kaliningrad region and the rest of Russia.
This ban will lead to additional costs and the need to find additional ships that will ply between Ust-Luga in the Leningrad region and the ports of the Kaliningrad region.
“We consider this the most serious violation … of the right to free transit to and from the Kaliningrad region,” Alikhanov said, adding that the authorities would press for the lifting of these measures, Reuters reported .
Among the goods that fell under the restrictions are building materials, cement and metal products, the Russian said.

Lithuania, for all its small size, has proven to be more courageous than the supposedly “big three” (France, Germany, Italy) put together.

Amazing how much the ruskies cry when something doesn’t go their way. Instead of accepting this measure for all the misery they’ve brought, they act like little children who don’t understand why they’re being punished, although this punishment is still much too mild for the crimes being committed.

Nobody is stopping the orcs from using the Baltic sea, unlike the orcs in the Black sea.

Awhhhh! Anton s upset! I feel so bad…NOT. I’ll stay with my premise. Eastern European countries understand this war, know the consequences of losing because they’ve lived under the tyranny of the Russian cockroaches. A lasting alliance is one where the Easter European countries come together. This Eu shit is just that…shit! IMHO
