This afternoon in Russian-occupied Kherson, a car belonging to collaborator and head of the 90th correctional colony Yevgeny Sobolev exploded.
This was announced by Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko.
The explosive device was attached to a tree, and the blow fell on the car.
The military of the Russian Federation called the incident a terrorist attack by Ukrainian partisans.
According to the people’s deputy from the “European Solidarity” Alexei Goncharenko, Sobolev was torn off both legs.
RosSMI confirmed the fact of the explosion, but stated that Sobolev was hospitalized with a leg injury.
