The Ukrainian defenders are located 18 kilometers from Russian-occupied Kherson and are successfully firing artillery at enemy concentrations in the southern direction.

This was stated by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Alexei Arestovich during the broadcast with Mark Feigin.

According to him, the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had to retreat three kilometers, but this did not affect the course of the fighting.

“In the Kherson direction, they (the occupiers – UNIAN) were well” broken “by our artillery, and in Zaporozhye they drove, drove, drove, but did not get there, because they were beaten,” Arestovich said.

He also added that Ukrainian soldiers have significantly improved the quality of counter-battery combat thanks to the supply of modern artillery. This applies not only to the south, but to all areas where fighting continues.

Recall that in the Donbass, the Armed Forces  of Ukraine liberated  three villages from the invaders and pushed back the front section by 15 kilometers. Now in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Russian rashists  are experiencing problems  with staffing. But in the Krivoy Rog direction, the enemy  strengthened his grouping .
