The invaders are trying to surround the troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and are replacing equipment.

In Severodonetsk  , the occupiers pushed the Ukrainian Armed Forces units out of the city center, heavy fighting continues.

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informing about the operational situation regarding the Russian invasion as of 06.00 am.

“In the Severodonetsk direction, the enemy, with the support of artillery, conducted assault operations in the city of Severodonetsk, had partial success, pushed the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the center of the city, the fighting continues. He fired artillery at the positions of the Defense Forces in the areas of the settlements of Lisichansk, Severodonetsk, Toshkivka,” the statement said. in the message.

According to the General Staff, in the Donetsk direction, the grouping of the occupying troops is focusing its main efforts on conducting offensive operations in order to encircle our troops in the areas of the cities of Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, blocking the logistics supply routes from the Bakhmut settlement. 

“Continuing measures to make up for losses. In the direction of the settlements of Kremennaya and Starobelsk, he moved more than 80 units of weapons and military equipment, including heavy armored vehicles and artillery systems,” the headquarters said. 

At the same time, in the Slavic direction, the enemy units concentrated their main efforts on the assault on the settlements of Dolina and Bogorodichnoye, but were not successful. It is noted that the enemy in this direction, as part of the logistical support of the troops, replaced more than 100 units of damaged armored and automotive vehicles.
