The European Union strongly condemns Russia’s decision to facilitate the process of acquiring Russian citizenship for residents of Kherson and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine /
This is stated in a statement by EU Foreign Minister Josep Borrell, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“The EU strongly condemns the Russian presidential decrees of 25 May and 30 May, which facilitate the process of granting Russian citizenship and issuing Russian passports to Ukrainian citizens in Kherson and Zaporizhia oblasts,” the statement said.
It states that the European Union “will not recognize these passports.”
According to the statement, the EU also “condemns attempts to introduce the Russian ruble as a parallel currency with the Ukrainian hryvnia” and “to change the language of instruction in schools in these parts of Kherson and Zaporizhia oblasts.”
Earlier it was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a simplified procedure for granting Russian citizenship to residents of Zaporizhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine, whose territories are partially occupied by Russian troops. Джерело: https://biz.censor.net/n3346068

The measures now taken in the newly occupied regions will be every bit as illegal as all the others previously undertaken in the occupied Crimea and occupied Donbass.

I have a better idea. How about recognising no Russian passports. That will make the situation a lot easier.

This article should have included that the Moskali are withholding aid and food if the refugees don’t hand over their documents. I heard their documents are being taken from them and in order to get any food or water they need to have Moskali passports. In other words, only “Russians” can live. Also it was reported that these documents are already being used for the upcoming fake referendum.
