We are talking about three batteries – 18 units of self-propelled 155-mm howitzers. The Polish army has already trained 100 Ukrainian servicemen to operate these weapons.

Thus, together with 12 PzH 2000 (from Germany and the Netherlands), Ukraine will already have 30 tracked 155-mm self-propelled guns.

AHS Krab  – Polish national self-propelled guns. In its production, a licensed turret from the British AS90 howitzer is used. Barrel length – 52 caliber. And the South Korean platform from the self-propelled guns K9 Thunder was chosen as the chassis.

The manufacturer of the AHS Krab is Huta Stalowa Wola. The company received a contract from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Poland for the production of 96 units of self-propelled guns.

Recall that Poland decided to purchase about 500 American HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that heavy weapons are being sent from the United States for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Soldiers of the Armed Forces  of Ukraine will undergo exercises in the UK  under the instruction of the New Zealand military.

    • I don’t see how the Moskali can resist the French, British and American long range Howiters combined with the eventual HIMARS systems and now these from Poland?! Also the Patriot systems are coming for air defense. I’m no expert but I see these systems up against a bunch of T-62s and I have to smile.

      • There will be no Patriot Systems from USA. It would require US servicemen to operate them – as happens in Saudi Arabia in its war against Yemen. The US will not risk that level of direct contact with Russia aviation. Trust me on this, word from USA.

    • I was wrong on the British supplying the FH-70s. So to correct, a very big thanks to Estonia for the art kits.
