Danilov said that the ex-judge of the Constitutional Court Tupitsky and a number of other judges were supposed to legitimize Yanukovych in Ukraine.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said that the former chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytsky was supposed to take part in the legitimization of the fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych after the Russian attack on Ukraine on February 24.
He stated this in an interview with Channel 24.
Danilov explained that in Ukraine they began to prepare for a full-scale war against Russia since February 2021, when the first decision of the National Security and Defense Council concerned the former head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytsky.
“When the first decision of the National Security and Defense Council concerned Mr. Tupitsky, who received a statement in December last year allegedly from Mr. Yanukovych, who has nothing to do with our country for the last 8 years. In the Russian Federation, there was a project to return Yanukovych through a legal procedure through our courts, OASK. This a proven fact. Only those people who close their eyes and have no desire to deal with it now do not understand this,” he said.
Danilov noted that these judges should testify today to the Security Service of Ukraine.
“But now we are at the stage of war, and hands have not yet reached some of the Gailleiters,” the NSDC secretary added.
As UNIAN reported, in early spring, ex-president Viktor Yanukovych, convicted of treason, was brought to Minsk , where they wanted to declare him “president of Ukraine.”

Danilov: We knew in February 2021 a full scale war with Russia was likely.
Thats why this corrupt judge was fired, but another reason was mentioned at that time,. utter corruption.

If they want to see Yanukobitch swinging from a lamp post by his feet, à la Mussolini, then go ahead with this measure.
