On average, about 50% of the country’s residential complexes have resumed work at construction sites.

Only residential complexes that were under construction in February were taken into account in the calculation for the share of restoration of construction sites. Therefore, new buildings were not taken into account:

• already built, but sales are not yet completed

• in the project, i.e. they did not start construction until 24.02

• which were frozen or suspended construction before 24.02
