The enemy plans to carry out such actions, since he does not have a mobilization resource.

Problems with mobilization in the Russian Federation – what is known
The Russian occupiers have serious problems with the mobilization of citizens for the war against Ukraine. According to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, attempts are continuing in Russia to carry out the so-called “covert mobilization” – an active campaign is being carried out, as well as sending graduates and cadets of military schools to the combat zone.
At the same time, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that in the border areas the Russian Federation is training about 2.5 thousand reservists , who will then be sent to fight in Ukraine.
At the same time, due to large-scale losses in manpower on the territory of the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Lugansk regions, as part of the mobilization, the Russians informed the management of local enterprises that it was necessary to “verify the data” of women aged 18 to 45 years.
In turn, the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko, notes that in Donetsk there is a “global revolt of relatives” against mobilization. And according to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Sergei Gaidai, in the occupied part of the region, men who refuse to mobilize for war are threatened with executions.
In addition, Viktor Andrusiv, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, said that the Kremlin decided to send troops from the temporarily occupied Crimea to the war against Ukraine , who took the oath in 2014.
