And according to the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Sergei Gaidai, in the occupied part of the region, men who refuse to mobilize for war are threatened with executions.
In addition, Viktor Andrusiv, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, said that the Kremlin decided to send troops from the temporarily occupied Crimea to the war against Ukraine , who took the oath in 2014.

There is nothing worse for an army than to institute such Draconian measures to force soldiers (or civilians) to fight. Mafia land already has a serious low morale problem, and this will only worsen it. Not only that, the quality of such soldiers will be the lowest you can imagine.
