As UNIAN previously reported, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, assessed the possibility of a new offensive by Russian troops  on Kiev. He called this decision useless suicide. At the same time, he pointed out that the Russian command is unlikely to take such a step.
