He noted that it never occurred to Goebbels, for example, to announce that Germany was liberating Russia, and the Russians were bombing themselves in order to discredit the peaceful Fuhrer.
Sociologist Igor Eidman expressed the opinion that Russian propagandists even “surpassed” their teacher Goebbels in the nonsense that they tell the public about the events in Ukraine.
He said this on the air of the All-Ukrainian Information Telethon.
“In general, the Russian propagandists, who especially “sat down” powerfully on Russian television, they are really unconditional students of Goebbels … Goebbels’s principles are known: the more absurd the lie, the sooner they will believe in it, the lie must be completely wild, unidirectional, the enemy must be one, so that the thoughts of the bourgeois “do not spread” – he needs to be “defamed” as often as possible and repeat this propaganda. And the more often you repeat it, the simpler, more primitive it is, the easier it is for people to assimilate it. Absolutely this is how Russian television works, we see it great,” said the sociologist.
He noted that Russian propagandists even “surpassed” their “teacher” in the nonsense that they tell the public about the events in Ukraine.
“In some places they” surpassed “even Goebbels. That is, it never occurred to Goebbels, for example, to announce that Germany is liberating Russia, and the Russians themselves are bombing themselves in order to discredit the peace-loving Fuhrer. That is, about the same Russian propaganda is talking about Ukraine, it’s the Ukrainians themselves who seem to be bombing themselves, destroying their cities, that is, even Goebbels did not reach such madness. Imagine that Goebbels, for example, would say that Russia besieged Leningrad in order to discredit Germany, that people are dying of hunger on purpose in order to “cast a shadow” on the peaceful Führer in this way?! Russian propaganda has “fallen low” to such an absurdity,” Eidman said.
