In Russia, they counted at least 66 camps with forcibly deported Ukrainians. Many of them are located thousands of miles from their homes in the most remote corners of the country, including Siberia, the Caucasus, the Arctic Circle and the Far East.

This is stated in the investigation of the British edition of Inews.

As the journalists found out, there are 6,250 people in 38 of these camps, and more than a third of them were created for Mariupol residents. On average, 162 people live in each of the camps.

Inews analysis suggests that Russia could need at least 6,000 camps to accommodate the total number of people said to have crossed the border. According to the occupation media, 808 thousand Ukrainians were illegally taken to the Russian Federation, of which 153 thousand were children.

While the Russian media claims they have “chosen” life in the Far East, those who want to get out face an almost impossible task. They are literally in a concentration camp: without things, phones, money and documents.

“Our people were taken from the warm Sea of Azov for 9.6 thousand kilometers to the ass of the world, where the warmest month is August with a temperature of +21, for what?” Journalists quote Mariupol Mayor’s adviser Petr Andryushchenko.

Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova called on Ukrainian citizens who are now in the Russian Federation and do not know how to get to Ukraine or European countries to use the checkpoint across the Russian border to the city of Narva.

According to the Ombudsman, Ukrainians will be assisted there by the consular service of Ukraine and local communities.

  1. Absolutely disgusting. The putinazis think they can get away with anything; including even concentration camps, because they have nukes. So far they have been proved right.
Time to put a ruinous tax on all RuSSian products. Time to close all land, air and sea links between RuSSia and civilisation. Time to sever them from SWIFT completely. In short: total trade embargo. No Russian should be able to set foot in Europe or North America ever. Exceptions would be people with a proven track record of opposition to the putinazi regime.
Freeze all Russian bank accounts in civilised countries, seize their properties and business assets, with no hope of recovery.
Oh and provide Ukraine with fast jets, cruise missiles and state of the art air defences for every city.

  2. Time to go in with surgical teams to free them. And totally devastate the orc horde.
