In Russian Perm, an explosion and a fire broke out at a gunpowder factory. Two workers were killed, another with injuries in the hospital.
According to the State Labor Inspectorate in the Perm Territory, the incident occurred on May 1.
According to eyewitnesses of the incident, they heard a pop, from which the windows shook, and saw a column of thick smoke.

While it would thrill me if Ukrainians were responsible such things, the distance from Ukraine mitigates against it being done by Ukrainians. The Russian people seem to be rising against the regime, and that is far from a bad thing if true.
