The West Virginia National Guard will send armored personnel carriers to Ukraine.

According to ” Voice of America “, this was stated by the Governor of West Virginia, Jim Justice. Armored personnel carriers M-113 will be sent at the request of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Their number is “undisclosed”.PauseUnmute

Earlier this year, Jim Justice ordered a halt to imports of liquor made in Russia. The governor also asked the West Virginia Retailers Association to remove existing Russian alcohol from their shelves.

As UNIAN reported, on April 21, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, announced that Ukraine would receive a new $800 million military aid package. It includes howitzers and tactical drones. The U.S. has previously provided two $800 million military aid packages.

As Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar noted, Ukraine needs military assistance from international partners in the form of weapons, especially heavy weapons. We are talking about air defense systems, missiles, anti-tank weapons.

  1. West Virginia doesn’t have a large Ukrainian diaspora, like many other states, but is filled with a population that gives a shit!!! I think West VA started something that will catch on. God bless West VA.

    • I know I’m going to be a pain in the ass now that I know it’s possible. I hope others will as we’ll.

  2. Thank you so much, West Virginia!
I know West Virginians and they like to say, “West, by God, Virginia!”
I hope that other states will follow West Virginia’s lead!

What is your opinion?
