“As far as I know, and I know a lot, he is a member of the Russian negotiating group. As far as I know, he was in Kyiv. I am not ready to discuss the format of his meeting,” the head of state said, answering journalists’ questions.
Earlier, the head of the Crimean Tatar people, Mustafa Dzhemilev, said that on March 3, Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich flew to Kiev and, probably, tried to find options for ending the war and lifting sanctions. By that time, he did indeed have symptoms of poisoning.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky allegedly asked Joe Biden not to impose sanctions on Abramovich because he could facilitate peace talks between Kiev and Moscow.
At the same time, the oligarch found himself in a difficult position. He is forced to borrow money from his Hollywood and American powerful friends because of the sanctions.
