The occupying troops of the Russian Federation handed over 27 abducted orphans from Ukraine to Russian families in the Moscow region.

This was reported by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova on Facebook .play video

“From the media of the aggressor, it became known about the facts of the illegal export of 27 orphans to Aprelevka near Moscow. They were transferred under temporary guardianship to ten local families,” Denisova said.

The Ombudswoman noted that there is currently no information whether such children have the status of orphans or deprived of parental care and whether the children have relatives who want to take them into their family.

“The conditions of the children’s stay, their state of health, whether the children’s opinion was taken into account when placing them in such families is unknown,” she stressed.
