This was reported by the Main Directorate of Ukrainian Intelligence.

Since the beginning of the war, the Russian “Uralvogonzavod” in Nizhny Tagil has faced financial problems.

The plant produces armored vehicles, primarily the main tank of the Russian Federation T-72.

“The increase in interest rates on loans, the lack of funds to service foreign currency loans, the increase in prices for materials and components (in particular, armored steel) – these and other problems have significantly complicated the production of most types of military equipment,” the intelligence agency commented.
