The journalists showed the huge residence of Viktor Medvedchuk, who fled from Ukrainian justice , in Transcarpathia in the village of Zhdeniyevo. The estate includes several houses, ponds and a mountain river fenced off by a fence.

It is reported by Slidstvo.Info .

It is noted that the residence occupies more than 120 hectares, so it is difficult to get around in one day. On the territory there are several houses, ponds and even a mountain river, which is fenced off, and all this is under the supervision of security police officers.

The main house is a wooden palace with several floors, which has several entrances. At the same time, on the first floor there is a Soviet automatic machine “Soda Water”. You can climb the stairs to the living room, the walls of which are hung with paintings, and on the ceiling there are several meters of chandeliers and all this is decorated with gilding.

The room also has a green marble fireplace surrounded by sofas. On the fireplace is an inscription in Latin “Fortune favors the brave”. A silver disco ball hangs nearby.

In addition, in this room there is a table clock from the Spanish brand Soher, which is made to order, and their cost depends on what metal it is made of. The price starts from 300 thousand hryvnia. There is also a toy railway in the living room.

The house has an elevator for six people, and in the depths of the palace there is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, a gym with exercise equipment and treadmills, a massage room, a spa area and a separate sauna. Almost all the furniture in the rooms is “decorated” with the fur of wild animals.

On the territory of the residence there is another house – it is intended for guests. It has dining rooms, lounge areas and bedrooms. The house is decorated with marble, and on the walls there are paintings made of amber, deer antlers and skins of brown bears.

As UNIAN previously reported, on February 24,  the Russian Federation launched a full-scale war against Ukraine . Russian troops are bombing cities, destroying infrastructure and massively killing the civilian population of Ukraine.

On February 27, Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko announced that Medvedchuk had escaped from house arrest. Law enforcers are trying to establish the whereabouts of Medvedchuk .
