“At about 6:30, the enemy opened fire with heavy weapons on the residential areas of one of the districts of Lisichansk. There is significant destruction of high-rise buildings. Information on the number of dead and wounded is being specified. There are a lot of blockages. Rescuers are trying to save the living,” he wrote.
