The Ukrainian parliament offered a range of incentives for the Russian military.

The Verkhovna Rada proposes at the legislative level to determine the remuneration to the Russian military for the voluntary surrender of military equipment – from 10 thousand to a million dollars.

The Parliament has registered a draft law “On establishing rewards for voluntarily handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine the combat equipment of the aggressor state suitable for use” (No. 7229).

The bill provides for the establishment of remuneration for servicemen of the armed forces and other power structures of Russia for the transfer of a combat aircraft (fighter, bomber and attack aircraft) of $1 million, a combat helicopter – $500,000, a multiple launch rocket system of caliber up to 122 mm inclusive – 25,000 dollars, and the same system with a caliber of more than 122 mm – 35 thousand dollars, a tank, ground artillery (self-propelled) – 100 thousand, an infantry fighting vehicle (landing), an armored personnel carrier, an armored reconnaissance and patrol vehicle – 50 thousand dollars. , a military vehicle – 10 thousand dollars, a ship of 1 or 2 ranks – 1 million dollars, a ship – 3 or 4 ranks – 500 thousand dollars, a military vessel (auxiliary) support – 200 thousand dollars, a small-sized combat ship (intelligence) appointment – 50 thousand dollars.

In addition, the draft law provides that persons who transfer equipment have the right (at their request) to keep secret the fact that they transferred military equipment of the aggressor state suitable for use; obtaining new documents with new installation data; security of their stay on the territory of Ukraine; creation of conditions for travel to a third safe country.

The bill also provides for such payments for the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other structures of the security and defense sector of Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine, for the military equipment of the aggressor state, suitable for use, voluntarily transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As UNIAN previously reported, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Viktor Andrusiv said that the Russian occupier Misha came to the Ukrainian special forces  in a tank. He handed over the equipment to Ukrainian fighters and surrendered himself.
