This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov in Telegram.

“Google has stopped licensing Russian Android smartphones. This means that Russian companies cannot produce Android smartphones with Android on GMS (Google services) for the Russian market,” Fedorov writes. 

At the same time, a number of well-known global technology companies cease their activities in Russia, namely:

• Japanese technology corporation Fujitsu Limited,
• American software developer Veeam,
• Spanish software developer VyOS,
•  semiconductor manufacturer Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC)

It is also noted that Bloomberg will disable access to real-time financial market information, news and analytics for Russian clients from April 2.

“IT consulting company Accenture stops working in the Russian Federation; SEO platform Serpstat blocked Russian accounts without a refund; Electronic Arts (games from The Sims, FIFA series, etc.) suspended sales of games in Russia; Niantic (AR game Pokémon GO and others ) partially withdrew from the Russian Federation,” Fedorov listed.

Also, the turn came to the blocking of music in the Russian Federation:

• in Apple Music, you can only pay for a subscription with a mobile phone bill, 
• music service Deezer stops working in the Russian Federation “due to the current economic sanctions”, 
• Discogs, which is the world’s largest online vinyl and CD marketplace, works with PayPal and is currently unavailable in Russia.
