During the day, the grouping of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down four helicopters, one plane, a fighter shot down an enemy cruise missile.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports this in the operational information as of 06:00 on March 15 regarding the Russian invasion.

“The twentieth day of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion has begun. The state, position and nature of the actions of the defense forces have not changed significantly. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are inflicting crushing blows on the groupings of troops and the rear infrastructure of the occupiers,” the statement said.

During the day, the grouping of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down four helicopters, one aircraft, by a fighter selling an enemy cruise missile.

The General Staff reported that the groupings of the occupying forces involved in the offensive operation did not have significant success in all directions of advancement. The main efforts are being concentrated on holding occupied lines.

The enemy continues to carry out missile and bomb strikes against critical infrastructure facilities. It uses a network of healthcare facilities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to treat wounded personnel. Also, the invaders continue to cunningly use civilian infrastructure to equip firing positions, deploy weapons and military equipment.

According to available information, due to the inability to maintain the functioning of institutions and organizations to ensure the life of settlements in the temporarily occupied territories of ORDLO, the occupiers are forced to suspend the mobilization of public utilities workers.

In addition, the moral and psychological state of the enemy remains at a low level, which leads to refusals by the servicemen of the RF Armed Forces to carry out the orders of the command. Also, according to available information, mobilized residents from the temporarily occupied territory of certain areas of the Luhansk region are sent to replenish the losses of the active units of the Russian occupation forces involved in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.

The enemy is trying to capture Mariupol. Ukrainian soldiers successfully repulsed the attacks of the invaders. The total losses of the enemy amounted to about 150 people, 2 tanks, 7 infantry fighting vehicles and one armored personnel carrier. After suffering losses, the occupiers stopped offensive operations and retreated.

Artillery and aviation inflicted fire damage on the accumulation of military equipment and columns of the enemy on the routes of advance. According to available information, as a result of an artillery fire raid, 12 vehicles were destroyed.

The battalion tactical groups from the 336th Separate Marine Brigade and the 11th Separate Air Assault Brigade also suffered losses.

In the Black Sea and Azov operational zones, there were no signs of preparations for a naval landing operation.
