President of Ukraine, Supreme Commander of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky again addressed the Ukrainian nation.

He stated that Nazi Russia was suffering losses in Ukraine at an unprecedented rate: in 16 days of a full-scale war, the 31st battalion tactical group of the Russian army lost its combat capability, more than 360 tanks, 1205 armored vehicles, about 60 aircraft and 80 helicopters were destroyed.

“Our Armed Forces are doing everything to deprive the enemy of any desire to continue the war against Ukraine. The losses of Russian troops are colossal.

The dynamics of the losses of the invaders on the 17th day is already such that we can confidently say: this is the biggest blow to the Russian army in decades. They didn’t lose anywhere else in so many days.

Since the beginning of the invasion, the 31st battalion tactical group of the enemy has lost its combat effectiveness.

The Russian military surrenders not just alone, but in whole groups. In groups, they are trying to go home from the territory of Ukraine, to Russia.

The losses of the invaders in technical capabilities are simply amazing. Over 360 tanks. 1205 armored vehicles. And this is without counting the losses in the battles this night and in the morning.

Already about 60 aircraft. More than 80 helicopters. Hundreds and hundreds of units of other equipment. In particular, the most modern designs that Russia is proud of.

Most of the world’s armies don’t have as much as the Russian troops lost during the invasion.”

Zelensky believes that the enemy is trying to take Ukraine by quantity, but he will not succeed.

The President stressed that although the Ukrainian army has extraordinary successes, the “energy of resistance” must not be reduced, it is necessary to work for defense by all the people.

According to him, “this is the Patriotic War, this is a people’s war, this is a war for our independence” – and not just the state, but all Ukrainian that was, is and will be in the world.
