The corresponding appeal was published in the ZNPP Telegram Channel.

“Attention! The equipment of the Russian Federation is firing on the Zaporizhzhya NPP. There is a real threat of nuclear danger at the largest nuclear power plant in Europe. We demand a ceasefire on heavy equipment on the Zaporizhzhya NPP!” he emphasized.

As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out at the Zaporizhzhya NPP.

Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant burns down as a result of shelling by the occupiers.

The mayor of Energodar Dmitry Orlov reported about it in the Telegram-channel.

“A threat to world security! As a result of the enemy’s continuous shelling of buildings and units of the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant is on fire!” He said.

On March 2, enemy troops approached Energodar, where the Zaporizhzhya NPP is located. People came out en masse to meet the enemy and did not let him into the city.
