Head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk called on Europe and the world to help close the sky over Ukraine and stop the nuclear maniac.

He stated this in a video message published by the press service of BP.

“On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, I appeal to all parliaments, governments, citizens of Europe and the world. Russia has put Europe and the world on the brink of a nuclear Armageddon. “, – said the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to Stefanchuk, the Ukrainian Chernobyl 36 years ago became a generalized concept of a global environmental and man-made disaster, and the Zaporozhye NPP is many times more powerful and dangerous than Chernobyl.

“All this indicates that Putin’s crimes have reached a global scale and threaten the existence of Europe, and possibly humanity. This crime clearly demonstrates the need for the implementation of a no-fly zone over Ukraine as soon as possible in order to protect not only Ukraine, but also Europe and the world. Stop the nuclear maniac!” he stressed.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on the night of March 4, the Russian military fired at the site of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant , resulting in a fire on the territory of the nuclear power plant. As of 06:20 rescuers extinguished the fire. There is no information about the dead and injured.

Subsequently, the State Nuclear Regulatory Authority of Ukraine reported that now the site of the Zaporizhzhya NPP was seized by the military forces of the Russian Federation, but the ZNPP power units remain intact.

At the same time, there are damages to the device of the reactor compartment of power unit No. 1, which do not affect the safety of the power unit.

Systems and elements important for NPP safety are in working condition. No changes in the radiation state have been recorded for the current time.

Recall that the main efforts of the occupiers are focused on the encirclement of Kiev and the weakening of resistance in the blocked settlements.

  1. The West … it has been in a coma far too long already, regarding Putler and mafia land. I do hope that this development will be the wake-up call to stir the last politician out of his stupor. This could very well be the final one. I can’t think of any other situation that could be more dire, short of a nuclear exchange.

  2. Have you seen this…..

‘Former UK RAF commander (Air Marshal Greg Bagwell) challenges western opposition to Ukraine no-fly zone.’

Air Marshal Bagwell said that the imposition of a no-fly zone could be done under the auspices of the United Nations, rather than Nato as explained in these links….

    • I agree with that, and it should be made under the conditions of a green corridor to get children out and supplies in. But we know the Horde is targeting women and children so we might have to force it on them and let them whine about WWIII.
