Sources report that a panic mood prevails among the Russian authorities. The level of distrust towards the President of the Russian Federation is also growing.

In turn, representatives of the Russian elite are evacuating their relatives and friends from Moscow to Georgia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and are also looking for places to hide in case of a nuclear war.

“From a conversation between Artur Rushanovich, Advisor-Envoy of the Russian Embassy in the United States, Lyukmanov, with an unidentified person named Vladislav Lutsenko, the likelihood of a nuclear conflict (not war) is present, but not high,” the report says.

At the same time, there is a growing belief that Putin has already lost in the war with Ukraine, according to intelligence sources.
