An observer of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission was killed in the war with Russia .
This was announced on Facebook by the head of the permanent delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to PACE, MP from the Servant of the People faction Maria Mezentseva.
“The first death in the OSCE mission. An employee in the Russian war against Ukraine was killed. Woman, 45 years old,” she wrote.
At the same time, the deputy did not specify where this happened and under what circumstances.

This is a terrible loss but I hope the details come out soon. I would suppose the invaders did it and I hope this will shake up the OSCE so they actually do something to stop this senseless war.
