Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Luigi Di Maio said that his country would immediately allocate 110 million euros to Ukraine.
Di Maio announced this in the microblog Twitter .
“I told my colleague Dmitry Kuleba that I had just signed a resolution for the immediate allocation of 110 million euros to the government in Kyiv. This is a concrete expression of solidarity and Italy’s support for the people with whom we have fraternal relations,” Di Maio said.
Earlier, Di Maio noted that a financial contribution of 110 million euros will be directed to support the Ukrainian population and economy in sectors that will be agreed with Kiev.
