The battles for the Gostomel airfield have been going on for several days.

On Sunday, February 27, in Gostomel, light armored vehicles, infantry fighting vehicles, supply vehicles and personnel of the Russian Federation were destroyed by artillery strikes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Maryana Bezuglaya, a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, announced this on Facebook.
“Just now. Artillery strike. Lightly armored vehicles, infantry fighting vehicles, supply vehicles and personnel of the Russian Federation were destroyed. Gostomel, the airfield,” she said in a statement.
Recall that the fighting for the airfield in Gostomel has been going on since the first day of a full-scale war between Russia and Ukraine. Many invaders and their equipment were destroyed there.
