Disconnecting Russia from SWIFT means billions of losses for her and a concrete price for a dastardly invasion of Ukraine.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated this in a video message .

“SWIFT – how much in this word for the Russian Federation. Disconnection from the global financial civilization,” he stressed.

The President noted that Ukrainian diplomats fought “around the clock and with inspiration” for all European countries to decide to disconnect Russia from the international interbank network.

“We also have this important victory. These are billions and billions of losses for Russia – a specific price for this vile invasion of our country,” Zelensky stressed.
