A Russian military plane was shot down over Odessa.
This was announced by the speaker of the public headquarters of the National Resistance Sergei Bratchuk.
According to him, the air defense units of one of the mechanized brigades, together with the air defense system of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, have just shot down a military aircraft.
As Bratchuk specified to UNIAN, the SU-30 plane was shot down.
Also, the press service of the Odessa military administration reported that the recent explosions that were heard in the city were the sounds of air defense.
“According to the Pivden Operational Command, it was the air defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that worked. Our military forces shot down an enemy aircraft on the outskirts of Odessa,” the statement said.
As UNIAN reported, in Odessa and its suburbs, people heard the sounds of powerful explosions.

“We have received the command ‘all-round defense’. We have information that 12 tanks have broken through from the Kakhovka direction, and enemy forces are following them,” Kim told.
