The Hungarian authorities will not block EU sanctions against the Russian Federation, which are introduced in response to the invasion of Ukraine.
This was announced on Twitter by Deputy Foreign Minister of Poland Paweł Jablonski after a conversation with the Hungarian ambassador in Warsaw.

Sanctions are not going to stop the invasion. If the west will give Ukraine the material support she needs, then the cost of the invasion can be made to exceed Russia’s capacity to pay the price.
