Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya left the meeting of the UN Security Council ahead of schedule and did not listen to the speech of the representative of Ukraine.

As an UNIAN correspondent reports, a meeting of the UN Security Council is being held in New York, dedicated to the threats to international peace and security due to the concentration of Russian troops to the borders of Ukraine.

Nebenzya decided to leave the meeting immediately before the speech by the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Serhiy Kislytsya.
