The Russian Presidential Property Management Department has purchased New Year trees from Denmark for the Kremlin and the presidential administration. The ChTD telegram channel drew attention to the corresponding purchase .
In total, the manager buys 32 trees, of which 19 “super-premium” trees. The most expensive Christmas tree costs 316 thousand rubles, the cheapest – about six thousand.
The total cost of the contract is 3.1 million rubles. The purchase is carried out at the expense of extrabudgetary funds.

So, this means around $40,000 worth of trees. Is this newsworthy? It is when you know that the common people will sit in cold or underheated apartments while their warmongering criminal elites will enjoy imported super-premium Christmas trees.
