A court in the Moscow region sentenced a reserve colonel to three years conditionally for telling an anecdote about a Russian Guard
The Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region found colonel in reserve and civil activist Mikhail Shendakov guilty of inciting hatred or enmity (part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced him to three years probation. Shendakov himself told about this to the RusNews YouTube channel.
In his words , the criminal case filed in April because of the video, in which he told an anecdote about rosgvardeytse:
I told a very popular anecdote last year about the National Guard. The Russian Guard comes to himself from anesthesia on the operating table. The doctor says to him: “Well, everything is fine, fighter, I cut off your balls.” “How are the eggs, doctor? I told you I have appendicitis. ” “So I told you that I was going home and not to the rally.”
According to Shendakov, then he was “carried away” and he called on all the doctors in the video to “cut the eggs of these creatures.”
This is not the first recent verdict against Shendakov. As reminds “OVD-Info” , in February he was sentenced to two and a half years probation under articles on incitement to hatred or enmity and public calls for extremism on the Internet because of the video “Surkov promised war to Donbass!” The court considered that Shendakov urged the audience to take violent actions against the FSB officers.
