The pressure on the regimes in these countries should be much stronger, Piotr Glinski says
There should be more international pressure on the Russian and Belarusian governments. Polish Prime Minister Piotr Glinski claimed this in his interview for Polska Times.
“International pressure on these two regimes, Belarusian and Russian must be much stronger. I would even consider the chance to exclude these two countries from many international organizations, including the sport competitions that matter to them”, he said.
According to him, the regimes in these countries “act in an inhumane fashion”, and they do not consider anything but economic and political pressure.
Meanwhile, EU foreign ministers will widen sanctions on Belarus on November 15 to include airlines and travel agencies thought to involved in bringing migrants to the bloc’s border, the European Union’s foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said.
The EU has accused Belarus of encouraging migrants to come to its territory and pushing thousands of them to cross into Poland and other neighbouring EU states in retaliation for sanctions already imposed on Minsk.
Two diplomats said on Thursday the EU is considering imposing sanctions on Belarus’ main airport in a bid to make it more difficult for airlines to bring in migrants.

This must be the first politician in the world to come out with a statement like this, although he is 7 years too late. We have been saying this since Muscovy invaded Ukraine. Will the jellyfish listen, or or just show their yellow streak as usual?
I think we know the answer to that F1!
However, he could be of material assistance: how about releasing all the official findings concerning the Smolensk state terror attack and fingering the culprits?
I don’t what they are waiting for; 11 years have passed and the putler murder gang still has not been punished for that heinous mass murder.
Slava Polskoy!

Alas, we’ve been saying this since 2014. I’m afraid that this will fall on deaf ears of all the spinless ones in Europe. Nothing will change…
They don’t deserve pressure, they deserve punishment. This is where ultimatums come in but politicians avoid using that language. It’s really simple though, you tell Putler, move your guys out in 15 days or we’ll send in the Warthogs. Then whether or not Putler moves his guys, it is ON HIM for his decision.
Unfortunately, we will not see such resolve … not in our lifetime.
