The patrols of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission recorded the deployment of 58 units of military equipment by Russian armed formations on the territory of Luhansk and Donetsk regions not controlled by the government of Ukraine, which was deployed in violation of the demarcation line, in the area of which the deployment of heavy weapons and military equipment is prohibited.

This was reported by the Ukrainian side of the JCCC.

So, at the test site in the Miussinsk area, it was revealed: tanks – 10 units; trailed howitzers – 15 units; self-propelled howitzers – 9 units; MLRS – 6 units; combat armored vehicles – 18 units.

“The concentration of heavy weapons in such quantities may indicate the intentions to create and coordinate a battalion-tactical group to reinforce enemy units on the line of contact, or to keep them as a reserve,” the message says.

It is noted that the number of violations by the RF WF recorded by international observers during the day increased from 18 to 58, which is an obvious manifestation of the aggressive intentions of the invaders.

At the same time, the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are in previously determined positions and strictly comply with the obligations regarding a comprehensive ceasefire regime, which were achieved within the framework of the TCG.

  • I embrace the people of Luhansk and Donetsk and promise their liberation from the invaders by brute military force. The invaders should think about their actions. Ukraine will NEVER surrender these territories!
