The head of the SVR Sergei Naryshkin called the report of the American intelligence on the origin of the coronavirus unprofessional
A recent U.S. intelligence report on the origins of the coronavirus contained politicized assessments that look unprofessional. This was announced to RT by the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of Russia, Sergei Naryshkin.
Some time ago, the US intelligence community published its report on this matter, which contained very vague, I would say, politicized assessments, which, of course, is uncharacteristic for intelligence, and for intelligence it looks very unprofessional.
Naryshkin attributed this to “the crisis caused by efforts to politicize the activities of the American intelligence community.”
The head of the SVR added that Russia did not receive any evidence of the version that the coronavirus was created in the laboratory.
“And therefore, we adhere, of course, to the version that … The version, which is also adhered to by the majority, in my opinion, from the scientific community, that this virus, of course, was born in nature,” Naryshkin said. He added that scientists should give the final answer to the question of the origin of the coronavirus.
