American T-11 parachute systems were used

As part of the Rapid Trident – 2021 multinational exercise, the airborne assault troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, US troops and other units of partner countries were jointly dropped. This was announced on Saturday, September 25 by the command of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on its Facebook page.

“The landing took place from the military transport aircraft of the US Armed Forces C-130 Hercules, using the American T-11 parachute systems from a height of 400 meters,” the message says.

It is noted that on the eve of the personnel, which already has considerable experience in landing from domestic parachute systems and various types of aircraft of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, underwent appropriate additional training under the guidance of instructors of the US Armed Forces.

Previously, the Ukrainian military together with colleagues from NATO countries worked out the liberation of the city from terrorists.

On September 20 Rapid Trident exercise started in Ukraine with the military from 15 countries. It was planned that in these exercises the total the number of personnel will approach six thousand.
