The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba commented on Joe Biden ‘s words about his unwillingness to start a new “cold war”.

Speaking at a general debate in the UN General Assembly, United States President Joe Biden said the United States would resist attempts by stronger states to seize the territories of weaker ones.
According to him, the United States on the world stage will compete strictly with other countries and be guided by its own values and strength.
